Paris and the Sud de
France
Here in 2006 the exceptional
November weather has made our time in the south of
France five star. The valley of the Gordes is showing
the colors of the fall season with yellows and reds. The
former are the Poplar tree the later are the colors of
the vinyards.
Lioux, the charming village against
the fallaise, has created an indelable image in
our mind of village life before the current epoch. A
time went the sound of horse drawn carrages were the
evedence of coming and going in the village limits.
Joucas, another gem, offers views to
wonder at and photograph as a priviledge and a
pleasure...

Brazil
in 2005
In 2001 I was happy to be a part of
a 9 flight visit to Brazil. During that trip some time
was spent in the Pantanal, the large mostly unexplored
swamp bordering Bolivia, and the experience was
overwhelming. There are a small number of areas in the
world where a person is only a visiter to the wild
life's home. On the 162 I experienced that type of place
and longed to return.
In 2005 I did that spending 3
weeks in the Pantanal region. Centered around the
100,000 inhabitant town of Campo Grande, we explored the
region traveling again on the 162.
North eventually
to the Transpantanarian Highway, driving to the Porte
Joffre, the terminous of the highway and a very remote
region, domain the bird.

Epson
2200 printing
In October the studio purchased an Epson 2200. This advanced
ink-jet printer has been working since on portfolio photos
as well as photos I have never seen in print though they
were taken 25 years ago. At the same time as the purchase
of the printer a bulk inking system was purchased and
bulk ink from a seperate vender. |

The route 395 trip
The tip to Death Valley and some photos from that trip

added alot to the understanding of this exceptional
area of California.

New
Website Design
Obviously, the big new for Izone Photographic and me is
the launch of the new website design. I think this allows
for better navigation and viewing of my photos and, perhaps,
more photos sold.
